As an application & program analyst, you will help clients achieve strategic goals through successful solution delivery. You will have the opportunity to work with clients to define requirements, configure technology applications, implement metrics-driven testing strategies, as well as flex your program management skills. You have a passion for business transformation, application knowledge, and know how to synthesize complex planning dependencies for discussions with your peers and clients.
Targeted majors: Business (Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing), Economics, Engineering, Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Management/Information Systems, Insurance, Operations or Supply Chain.

Business technology solutions analyst
As a business technology solutions analyst, you will work with teams to help inform clients’ technology decisions, facilitate the scaling of capabilities, and drive value for clients across a host of industries. You are interested in various technology landscapes and bring a “technology-enabled” approach to problem solving. You have a passion for cutting-edge solutions, but also know how to cut through complexity to optimize solutions to improve business processes. You are comfortable leading and facilitating discussions and have the confidence and presence to engage with clients.
Targeted majors: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), Information Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, or Business (Accounting, Finance, or Marketing).

Software engineering analyst
As a Software Engineering Analyst, you will get the opportunity to do full stack cloud native product development. You will be part of a cohort of software engineers, work in a 2-pizza scrum team model, developing highly scalable software with cutting edge technologies. You will use DevOps principles and practices to deliver code in CI/CD environments. You will get to work on complex problems for our clients while collaborating with team members from diverse backgrounds and experiences to build full stack cloud applications using the latest cloud technologies in a dynamic and agile environment. If you enjoyed your programming and data structure classes, you will get to apply all of those skills to solve real world challenges. As part of onboarding, you will go through an 8-week intensive bootcamp that will train you in all aspects of full-stack development (front-end, middleware, back-end, databases) skills in a scrum team based hands-on project simulation. You will also get to apply your engineering mindset to software product development across a diverse set of industries. We promise that you will never run out of challenges to learn and grow.
Targeted majors: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related STEM majors.

Strategy analyst
As a strategy analyst, you employ a "business first" lens and help drive strategic transformation and deliver solutions to clients that address the evolving needs of their businesses. You will collaborate with teams to drive innovation, improve processes, and implement new tools, offerings, and data-powered advancements. You are naturally curious, a problem solver, and comfortable with ambiguity. You demonstrate a breadth and depth of capabilities and are prepared to take on a range of business and organizational challenges, while also assessing the role technology plays.
Targeted majors: Business, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations & Supply Chain, or Liberal Arts.

Strategy senior consultant
As a strategy senior consultant, you employ a “business first lens” and help drive strategic transformation and deliver technology solutions to clients that address the evolving needs of their businesses. You are an experienced leader who can motivate teams to drive innovation, improve processes, and implement new tools, offerings, and data powered advancements. You are comfortable presenting to clients, but also offer new ideas and a different perspective. You have strong analytical skills, enjoy problem solving, and are highly comfortable with ambiguity.
Targeted degrees:
- Commercial: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- GPS: MBA, Master in Public Policy/ Master’s in Public Administration, Master in Public Health/Master in Heath Administration, Master in STEM fields (analytics, computer science, engineering)
